Overview

What we do as a company.

NavExpress provides two types of services: Corporate Training and Marketing & Business Development Consulting.

Consulting services have been provided since 2002 and Training services since 2005.

Due to our name many people think we do logistics. We are not a logistics company but we do provide logical business solutions for the workplace and market place. - Juri Yoshida, Founder of NavExpress.

Currently Training services is provided in Singapore and Consulting services is provided in Australia, US and UK.

10 Year History

Established in 2001.

In July 2001, NavExpress took over WebEz4u.com - an online portal site targeting the youth market. After the takeover, NavExpress launched NavExpress.com providing information to all online users in the US, UK, Australia and Canadian markets. The main business model at the time was online advertising and marketing.

In 2002, NavExpress.com became a FIFA Media partner and member of the Internet Society and NavExpress partnered with the second most popular Java programming software, DJ Java Decompiler. The principal programmer is the longest serving representative of NavExpress in Europe and is based in Bulgaria.

With the prospect of increased competition in the online portal industry, NavExpress decided to shift its concentration and started providing consulting services in the online marketing sector. This was the beginning of consulting services which was initially called NavExpress Web Solutions, years later it was renamed as NavExpress Online Services.

The following year, plans to expand into the fast growing Asian market emerged and several options were considered, including Shanghai, Tokyo and Singapore.

In October 2004, Asian operations commenced in Singapore and Marketing & Business Development Consulting commenced. A significant change was the Head Quarters which was always based in Sydney, Australia was moved to Singapore where all operations were consolidated. Training and Seminar services was launched in 2005.

The 2005 - 2006 operation year was seen as a milestone in the history of NavExpress with several Fortune 500 companies sigining up to our services for the first time including AIA Insurance, Panasonic, Shell Petroleum, Olympus and others.

During the 2008 Economic crisis, major restructing was conducted and the Marketing & Business Development Consulting department was shifted back to Sydney, Australia and for the next three years most of NavExpress resources was used to concentrate in providing consulting services in the US and UK markets.

In early 2010, a five year plan was divised and consultants were organized in Japan and US where they will play a key role in eventually setting up branch offices in the respective areas namely in East Pennsylvania and Tokyo when the market conditions become favorable.

In mid 2011, NavExpress operations in Asia was re launched where the main service offered was Training and Seminars. This shift was to ensure the organization grows to become a significant training company in the region. Therefore in the Asia market, NavExpress concentrates in Training and Seminars and for Europe and North America in consulting.

By 2015, NavExpress intends to expand the Training and Seminars department to North America.
