1. Advice
We conduct consulting to understand the problems the business is facing.
After analysis, we will devise strategies and plans to solve the problem.
[In most cases the problem is either decrease or static sales]
2. Assistance
To be able to implement the strategies and plans professionally, we will provide marketing tools and materials to ensure every chance of success.
3. Execution
After the above two steps are complete, and after multiple discussions with the business owners we will execute our strategies and plans.
We will monitor the execution phase to ensure every chance of success.
4. Review + Advice
We will review the execution and will determine its success. If its a success we can consider repeating the processes. If its a failure we will determine what the problem(s) are and will go back to stage 1 and will repeat the entire process.
